Preventive Maintenance
Module

Preventive Maintenance is a module which provides an automated process for converting customer requirements into Work Orders in the Dynamics 365 Field Service. The most important point in this module is that customer defines the set of requirements once and a Scheduler detects every day if there is any work to do on that specific Customer Asset in order to maintain it in an operating condition. Moreover, customer can configure the interval to make the Scheduler run. If you want to add/remove/change some work manually during the maintenance you can do it easily, as Preventive Maintenance plans both automated and manual work even taking into account breakdowns. So this module helps our customer to main Assets in operating condition and not miss any contractual obligations they might have related to the Customer Asset.
